How billing works
Mail combines plan-included service with a send overage. Its published extra-mailbox price is not yet connected to a purchase flow.
- Send overage is rounded up in blocks of ten sends.
- A failed send refunds its credit charge.
- Mailbox storage counts against the account's object-storage capacity.
Price in practice
Included mail volume comes from the subscribed plan. Overage begins only after the plan's monthly send allowance, and the published overage is measured in blocks of ten sends.
The extra-mailbox amount is displayed for transparency, but there is no active self-service purchase flow for it yet.
